Boundless Impact, LLC is the company I co-founded in 2024. After 4 years of running Caroline Manages, LLC by myself, two things happened: I got tired of doing things alone, and I started dreaming bigger than I ever had.

Today, Boundless Impact is a professional services consulting agency. I run point on the projects we take on that are focused on marketing and strategy, and I have two co-founders who do the same for functional areas like learning & development, organizational coaching, and impact reporting.

Since leaving higher ed in 2020, I’ve been very tightly connected to the B Corp world, and currently sit on the B Local MI board of directors representing Boundless Impact. This means I care deeply about social impact and business as a force for good.

Boundless Impact is a certified Good For Michigan company, meaning that we prioritize and live up to a set of sustainable development goals. (We’re an aspiring B Corp — as of writing this we haven’t been in operation long enough to apply for formal certification, but it’s in the grand plan! 🙂)
